I’m Bec, Founder of EverBold Ventures. For over a decade, I’ve led major infrastructure and capital works programs across government, education and industry — projects collectively worth more than $500 million. I’ve delivered outcomes in environments where the stakes were high, the pressure relentless and the path rarely straightforward.
My career began in construction and project management, working with Hutchinson Builders, one of Australia’s Tier 1 firms. From there, I moved into local and state government, leading multi-million-dollar portfolios for organisations like Stadiums Queensland, Griffith University, and Western Downs Regional Council. Those years taught me how to navigate governance, risk, and stakeholder complexity — but they also taught me something more valuable:
